By accessing or using AxisAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

AxisAI provides an automated yield-optimization platform that allocates user funds across decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols. All yield figures shown are historical or estimated and do not constitute a guarantee of future returns.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency services in your jurisdiction to create an account. By registering you represent that you meet these requirements.

DeFi protocols carry significant risks including, but not limited to, smart-contract vulnerabilities, impermanent loss, oracle manipulation, regulatory changes, and total loss of funds. Never invest more than you can afford to lose. AxisAI does not provide investment advice.

Deposits are processed after on-chain confirmation. Withdrawals are subject to a minimum amount and may take up to 5 business days. AxisAI reserves the right to delay or reverse transactions suspected of fraud or money laundering.

AxisAI does not charge platform fees on deposits or daily yield. A performance fee structure may be introduced in the future with 30 days' notice to users.

You agree not to use the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, market manipulation, or any activity that violates applicable law. Violations will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Enable two-factor authentication to protect your account. AxisAI will never ask for your password or 2FA codes via email or chat.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AxisAI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the lesser of $100 or the fees you paid in the prior 30 days.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis.
